Total Special Education System (TSES) 
 
Total Special Education System (TSES) manual documents special education policies, procedures, and programs. This document meets the required elements for compliance with district responsibilities for total special education systems as required by Minnesota Rule 3525.1100. This document includes sections for descriptions of the district’s child study procedures, methods of providing the special education services for the identified pupils, administration and management plan, operating procedures of interagency committees and interagency agreements as required under Minn. R. 3525.1100. This  plan also seeks an assurance for compliance with the federal requirements pertaining to districts’ special education responsibilities found in United States Code, title 20, chapter 33, and Code of Federal Regulations, title 34, part 300. This document is a companion to the Application for Special Education Funds – Statement of Assurances (ED-01350-29).
