Offseason Soccer Workout Plans and Drills

The best things that you can do to prepare for the upcoming soccer season are to get together with your teammates and play soccer, work on your strength and conditioning, and to practice your soccer skills (footwork, passing, and shooting).

With soccer, just like any sport, you will get out of it what you put into it.  The better shape you are in when the season starts will put you in a position to have more fun, contribute more to the team and to experience more success on the field.

Listed below are optional activities for you to engage in to improve your fitness.  None of these programs are required for students to participate in soccer, but they are options and are being made available to help you continue to grow and develop as an athlete and soccer player.   The following list of items are also embedded as links built into the 10 Week Speed, Agility, Conditioning Program listed above.
