Scheduling Facilities
Facility scheduling for District 858 is scheduled through Community Education's Office. Prior to scheduling facilities, please review facility scheduling policies, classifications, and fees to gain a better understanding of the expectations of our District's Policy.  After you have read the information and are ready to schedule, go to the Community Education Website and submit and on line request form.

Our district policy requires one main contact person to schedule the facility and receive invoices. Invoices will be sent out at the end of each month. In addition, 10 days advanced noticed is required.

  • Complete the form in its entirety.
  • Click "Send" when finished.
  • Your Form will be automatically emailed to our Community Education department.
  • If your form submits successfully, you will receive an automated response indicating that your form has been received.  
  • Community Education will calculate fees, schedule your event on our District calendar, and inform employees (kitchen, custodian, other) needed to assist with your event.
  • You will be contacted via email by our Community Education department to let you know if your request is approved or denied.

After you hit send, your form will be sent to our Community Education department for review.  Community Ed will notify you of any fees associated with your event, and if fees are applicable, Community Ed will invoice you after your event.
